Struttura

• Description: Because of the material transported, dust in the working environment, causes mechanical and unexpected, The possibility of fire is always present due to the conveyed material, dust in the working environment or unexpected mechanical problem. To avoid these risks, we are able to provide two types of self-extinguishing conveyor belts: UNIFLAME K – This conveyor belt with moulded edges (only with them keeps these characteristics) is flame resistant in accordance with DIN EN ISO 340: 2007 and anti-static according to DIN EN ISO 284: 2004. UNIFLAME S - This conveyor belt with or without moulded edges is flame resistant in accordance with DIN EN ISO 340: 2007 and anti-static according to DIN EN ISO 284: 2004. They are producible also in the K-OIL and S-OIL version. The carcass of these conveyor belts is made of a composition of polyester fabrics E in warp and in weft polyamide P, resistant to atmospheric agents such as moisture. This structure ensures a high tensile strength in the longitudinal direction and a transverse high flexibility.
